  • To perform customer-authorised AI processing;
  • To maintain security;
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations; and

We do not access Customer Uploaded Data except where

  • Access is necessary to maintain security;
  • Access is required by applicable law;
  • Access is authorised by the customer.

All personnel with authorised access are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

Artificial intelligence systems may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected outputs. Users should exercise independent judgment and verify important information before making business, financial, legal or operational decisions based upon AI-generated content.

Infrastructure providers are selected based upon recognised industry security standards and their ability to support secure, reliable and highly available cloud services.

Where appropriate, AARVANTA will assist its customers in responding to such requests in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.

24. Right of Access

You have the right to request confirmation as to whether AARVANTA processes your personal data.

Where personal data is processed, you may request access to

  • The categories of personal data being processed;
  • The purposes of processing;
  • The categories of recipients to whom the data has been disclosed;
  • The anticipated retention period or the criteria used to determine that period;
  • Information relating to international data transfers;
